BILT PAYMENTS
As a resident, you'll make rent payments through the BILT Payment Center, which can be accessed directly from the Resident Experience App. You'll earn points on each rent payment, which you can use towards travel, fitness classes, future rent payments, and more.
24-HOUR MAINTENANCE RESPONSE GUARANTEE
The 24-Hour Maintenance Response Guarantee only applies to routine interior repair items. If a service associate does not respond within 24-hours of a request, the resident will receive a rent credit each day or portion of a day that exceeds the guarantee period. (*Restrictions apply)
